Howards Estate Agents development of Avenue Works

CADS 3D was approached by Howards to help the estate agent promote houses in development before they had been completed. The 3D visualisations enabled potential buyers to quickly and easily see what the completed property would look like.

Process: Taking the original 2D plans, elevations and sections supplied to us by Howards, CADS 3D were able to produce a realistic set of 3D visuals and videos. Working closely with Howards as well as the Architectural practice managing the development ensured that the materials used in the build were accurately represented before the 3D studio set up the camera for the various shots.

Completion: The final set of visuals were used on property marketing website www.rightmove.co.uk to show potential buyers how the development will look upon completion.
