Rackheath sustainable development project

MMBL, a Norwich-based survey company, commissioned CADS 3D to undertake a 3D visualisation project for a sustainable housing project. The house type in question was designed to 'Code for Sustainable Homes Level 6' as laid out on the planning portal: http://www.planningportal.gov.uk/uploads/code_for_sust_homes.pdf

The project aim was to produce a set of 3D visuals to communicate the sustainable aspects of the house. The team opted for a cut-away style 3D visual. This enabled the audience to see the interior of the property, viewing the various components that increased the sustainability of the house. Final images were printed and displayed on an on-site billboard as pictured.

This job was completed in partnership with Dove Jeffery Homes and Wherry Housing Association.
